Return & Refund Policy
We at The Modern Tail want to ensure that you have the seamless shopping experience. However once goods have left our warehouse, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges of any goods. If you have received the incorrect product you can write to us on info@themoderntail.com with an image of the products received and we will sort the issue out at the earliest.
The Modern Tail is not responsible for any goods damaged after delivery.
If there is a quality issue with any of our products, please contact us on info@themoderntail.com with an image of the issue within 24 hours of delivery and we will help resolve the issue at the earliest.
In the event The Modern Tail cannot fulfil an order, a refund will be issued and the charges will be reversed on the same mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
